Sour Grapes? This IS the receptionist that the previous "reviewer" says was clueless. I can tell anyone calling us for services, that we ALWAYS offer the name of our Residential Estimator, as well as offering up his voice mail for messages when he is out of the office. I'm thinking the previous post was bogus, and by a competitor or past employee that had a few sour grapes. To anyone seeking our sevices, I encourage you to call us for yourself...and see how professional we truly are :o)
Does not return calls I was looking for a local landscaper and this place never returned my calls or answered my emails. I had a huge landscaping project I wanted done, redoing the whole yard, cement & brick patios, waterfalls. They would have made lots of money with this project. Their receptionist sounded like a clueless person on the phone. She kept telling me that the "guy" was out of the office and that she had no way to get in touch with him. Way over time and way over budget We discovered Huppe through a referral. The sales process was quite good. We had just finished a dismal experience with another landscaper and attempted to close the door on as many loop holes as possible. Huppe was very positive about what they could do and their estimate, somewhat high, was in the range for professional services of high quality.
