Busy place….pleasant and welcoming office. The visit was informative, Katrina explained my cancer, treatment options…after treatment expectations and provide a wealth of information and access to support that I will need going through this process. She has my complete confidence and frankly seems to be the only one who knows how to treat me. All I can is is Thank You and there is no where else I would consider going.

The best source for all Laryngectomees...………...Have been with her for over 8 years. Always helps me get the help I have needed or directed me in the direction I needed to go for help. All her staff is remarkably well trained and informed to do what needs to be done also...……..

She's not always there for your appointments. Sometimes you see whoever is there to perform a test on you. When she is there, she's dressed like she has a date after work. She's not very professional in that manner. The woman that sits there at the desk during visits and who is supposed to call patients and set up appointments, seems to just be there to get paid. She is AWFUL at returning calls in a timely manner IF she returns a call at all and is sometimes rude.

24 hr PH and esophageal motility study 3-30-16. Followup not till 4-14. Problems with motility discovered and she would speak to ENT about treatment plan and call me on 4-21? No call as of 4-26 so I went by her office and was assured that she would call me that afternoon. No call as of 4-29. New Dr. thinks the test was administered wrong. No confidence in Katrina or her staff. Unprofessional Poor bedside Cramped office space Highly recommend you find another Dr. as I have done.
