I say this with a heavy heart, next generation owner while lovely, nice people take the eye off the risk management ball as an insurance provided (broker is more accurate). lack in business processes related to invoicing, service lines (even for long time multi line clients) puts clients at risk unknowingly. Supplier Pekin insurance itself has only 19th century processes no electronic billing, invoice or notification services. You answer the phone. I don't get sent through a bunch of prompts only to end up in someone's voice mail or disconnected.
Patty and her teams' service is impeccable. They are always prompt to answer any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
