Every time!!! Every time I go in here looking for help, they go over and above to explain and help me get what I need to get the job done. I wasn't sure how to install carpet tile on a new stage and they were able to set me up with everything I needed! ... and the price was better that home depot when I was looking for prices around reddeer! Would strongly advise against using this company for Duradek installation. Would be days and weeks between job visits, error after error with no follow up from the owner, was left unfinished over the winter, then never saw them to finish until mid July. Still believe there are areas that were not done in accordance with Duradek’s recommendation. Owner was evasive and when spoken to face to face, somewhat condescending.
I was on a mission to find countertops- Paul was extremely helpful in the whole process! The whole team approach made the journey simple and successful. Cannot thank Cascade and Jensen Interiors enough for timely, friendly and conscientious work! Stunning results!
