This business was handing my home and auto insurance as a package for the last several years. The last few years, I contacted the Owner, Mr. Jensen, to ask him to put a note on his calendar to check my insurances when the time was right and to look/search for a better deal for me and he told me okay yes that he would do it. 134 emails, 22 phone calls, a meal won from my roofing/siding guy that inspected my roof and did siding in 2023, 8 brokers, 2 captive companies for a 2024 renewal. Why was this needed?
