Great service, kind and friendly people to work with! Always has tools and accessories I need!
Their technicians are garbage, page like 10 shipments because they didn't solve the problem of my tool all that money to the trash, for their supposed technicians, and they still tell me "THOSE TOOLS ARE NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" so according to them they are toys???? They are garbage

It was your location. You may want to have a meeting and discuss what the bathroom policies are with your employees. I was very disappointed. I was looking to buy some power tools and drove from Folsom.
They do not let you use the bathroom. I was planning on buying some tools but after this stupid policy I will never got back to them.
