Two weeks ago, my dog went in for a dental and died at Jensen Beach Animal Hospital. My sweet 4 1/2-year-old pup, Sumac, died from an apparent bad reaction to pre-anesthetic meds given to him by a vet tech. All he needed was a dental! but instead, I had to pick up my beloved dog's corpse later that day. That day, Sumac a very small Peruvian Hairless dog, underwent a successful physical exam and appeared to be in perfect health.
