Very helpful when booking in for mechanical repairs. Prompt follow up and advice with regard to the repairs required. Work effected in a prompt fashion ahead of time frame expectations. Overall great service and reasonable charges. Now a regular Jensen client and can definitely recommend their services.
Cannot recommend the team at Jensen automotive enough. I run a small business and being without my van is something I hate. The team at Jensen made sure I had minimum downtime. Michelle was extremely helpful when it came to booking it and communicating everything to me. Tim even gave me a call halfway through the job and told me what was happening, and that certain didn't part that were booked didn't actually need doing. Welcoming and professionnal people for my car's inspection
I serviced my Mitsubishi Triton ute it was routine service & paid top price. But I am Very disappointed, angry, and furious with them. They damaged the air pipe & didn't calibrate the service record. Overfilled engine oil. I had to take it again but didn't do it properly. I had to take it to canning Autos in Willetton to sort out. Jensen Autos are terrible. Don't even go there. Terrible. Terrible.
