I can’t say enough good things about Jensen Automotive in River Falls. They’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once. On two separate occasions, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose issues with my vehicle — spending hours researching and testing — and didn’t charge me a single penny. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I've been here a couple of times now and have even had a car towed to them. They are honest and communicate well. Not pushy and don't try to sell unnecessary services
Worst service ever. They were negligent to obvious problems and lied to me saying my car was safe to drive and knew my frame was rusted out yet they said my car was safe when it was death trap.

I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Ron and team are the best!! He even helped me with a new vehicle in a pinch when my car’s engine unexpectedly seized. So grateful and thankful to have found this little shop!!
