Even though my English isn't very good, he was extremely kind, carefully checked the details I requested, and didn’t do any unnecessary repairs. I was very satisfied and plan to continue using his service in the future.
Always great service at Jensen's. Ben is very welcoming and understanding, he'll always slot you in when it suits and is flexible with any preferences or needs you may have. I've had all 3 of my vehicles serviced and fixed here and I've always received a fair price with quick turn around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced and friendly mechanic.
These guys are great. Obviously good mechanics, and do all of the things needed to keep your car on the road, but they offer so much more. In particular, Ben is a really clear communicator, and works hard to minimise costs while looking after your car. Every time I've taken a vehicle there, he's recommended work that needs to be done, but not yet, because the work can be done more cost effectively together with other issues.
