I’ve been seeing Jen for over a decade and she has helped my chronic back pain so much! She is amazing at her job and truly cares about her clients. Can’t recommend her enough!
Given that I booked a massage three months in advance, there should have been ample time to inform me of your extra requirements for billing insurance . I was not given enough time and forced to pay in cash or wait another 3 months to book. It comes across as unprofessional, especially when this information could have easily been added to your website or the intro email after booking.
