My mother passed four years ago. Due to the circumstances prior to her passing, ( was in a nursing home for 9.5 years) I amended and reduced several things with her advanced funeral plan. I was questioned about having no service and “Don’t you want to finish the job?” It was totally insulting and disrespectful. I am an only child and had POA. Pfeffer was used for a family member's funeral. I and other family members met with Kevin to go over funeral plans. I was asking a few questions (paying money for these services so I had a few questions). I could tell by the look on his face he did not like my questioning and turned to me and said "I have answered your questions Little Girl!" That was completely unprofessional and rude on his part.
