Jen takes care of my two cats like they are her own. They love when she comes over to play with them! One is diabetic and I know that Jen can correctly administer insulin and look for any signs of sickness in my cat. I enjoy the notes she leaves about their behavior! (Normally good unless I leave their treats unsecured. Or when they use Jen as a ladder to get said treats.)
We just used Jen's Critter Sitter Service for the first time last week (June 2015). I was so impressed with the care my pets received and the follow up documentation with specific details about how everything went with our babies (a dog and a cat)! We could tell by her comments that Jen really got to know our pets and their personalities, which really means the world to us. She even took pics to share with me upon my request.
