Requested to have Jen’s services for Sectional, Ottomans and Mattress cleaning. Jen was prompt with her reply and sent over an estimate. I approved and we scheduled for service. She came out on time on day and time we scheduled. She came in an unmarked car along with another unmarked car. This took me by surprise as I was expecting her business van noting her “professional” business. 5 stars for sure. Jen did an amazing job on our Tibetan handwoven wool rug. It looks great! I loved how Jen showed up at the scheduled time, called me about 30 min prior to make sure we were ready, and how personal able she is. Highly recommend if you have very nice rugs of quality. Mahalo Jen!
