Very bad experience at Jen’s Beauty. The products I bought’s quality was questionable. When I asked about it, the manager Ana was extremely rude and dismissive instead of helping. Customer service was very unprofessional. I’m leaving this review so other customers can be aware and be careful before buying here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jen’s Beauty. Some of the products I purchased are not seem authentic or up to the quality I expected, which was frustrating as a customer. What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I tried to ask about the products, the manager, Ana, was very rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the issue.
