Surgeon left my husband, having never in his life broken a bone, with zero after care from surgery where she rebroke his fingers to fix the delay from Providence ER that did nothing to help. No after care, no speech to my husband, while their office communicate, she does not. Not ok to hold your patients at arms length and basically ignore them and not talk to them. Dr. Signed off and sent my husband, a truck driver, back to work less than 2 weeksafter surgery on his broken prominent hand. He can't even drive. What type of d... read more

My breast explant with Dr. Jenq was outstanding she removed implants that were 24 years old she is very talented, very professional and in fact outstanding!

I will update this if things change. But so far, following an August consult, my family has had a very difficult time actually obtaining the surgery date discussed. We were told that our family member could have surgery in December. It is now December and STILL we don't have a date set, because the office does not return our *many* calls. We have not had this issue with any other doctors, ever. Today, when I tried calling, their number does not work. I recently had a cosmetic procedure at Dr. Jenq's office. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Jenq to others seeking the best in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Jenq and her staff were so kind and helpful to me. They answered all my questions and really put me at ease. Dr. Jenq is incredibly professional and skilled. She really does great work and I am so happy with the outcome. I definitely plan to go back to her office if I need other procedures in the future.
