I came here years ago and payed upfront which was a mistake. gave her documents with my full name spelled correctly and she gave my taxes back with my name spelled incorrectly. On top of missing the deadline she gave me even after paying up front. I gave a review a long time ago and she replied with her side of the story saying it’s my fault, also airing out personal information for everyone to see instead of trying to fix the issue.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Poor service, really unprofessional. This girl named Jenny doesn't have the experience to process taxes she takes too long and doesn't even do it right. She also stole money from my fiance Elizabeth and we have had to chase her for over 4 years! If she is willing to Steal $3000 from her own friends, why wouldn't she Steal from her clients too?
This is experience really bothered me and still bothers me today, Jenny is very nice but service isn’t so great. I got an amended return with her, I payed her cash up front and she took way longer than needed. She made multiple mistakes and when I had told her she made it seem like it’s my fault. I gave her all the info she needed there was no reason to make mistakes. She had to reprint it about 3 times bc of all the misspelled errors. Still no amended return and it’s a new year.
