Jenny’s Relaxology has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in last Sunday for a 45-minute massage, but after the owner saw two other customers come in asking for a 2-hour massage, he decided to cut my session down to only 25 minutes so he could take them instead. He then told me he had other clients coming in, even though they didn’t have appointments. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend getting services here, and I will not be coming back.
Do not waste your time they only offer chair massage. Only male employees
In the best way possible, this place is not for those looking for a pleasant spa retreat. This is a "my body needs to be fixed by any means" little hole-in-the-wall gem. The massage was intense, precise, and left me wanting another. Don't expect the American fluff; you are in a chair and being kneaded within 30 seconds of walking in the door.
My husband and I came here for a walk-in for two, and we had a wonderful experience! It’s located near our workplace, which made it even better. The massage was amazing, we both loved it. The place is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for such a great experience!! We will definitely be back!
