Mai (pronounced "My") was so friendly when I walked in! I have not been to a Nail Salon in YEARS- she took the time to answer my questions, explain the differences in their wide-variety of pedicures. Took my friend's daughter here, never again. The young girl butchered my toes. She cut my toes nails so short and made my big toe bleed. When she was scrubbing my feet and legs, it felt like she was using 80 grit sandpaper. It was the most painful pedi I ever had
Besides the fact that my regular pedicure was more than an hour even though it says on their poster it takes 60 mins which made me almost late to my next appointment The lady I had was really nice and professional, she did a good job with my toes when it came to the French tips though I should've asked how much extra it was to do French with a $38 pedicure because at the end I was told $53. It's okay though, very nice staff and clean premises.
