I just moved to Bloomington and found this salon through online reviewsโso glad I did! I had my nails done with Jenny and had the best experience. Sheโs very meticulous (just like me!) and did exactly what I asked for. The customer service is also super nice and friendly. This is definitely a place Iโll be coming back to!ย
I got acrylic nails done at their shop on Friday. The overall experience was alright however my nail artist took two hours to do my nails (which in itself is fine). My issue is that my nails are already chipping and lifting. On top of that they look like theyโre super grown out cause the acrylic wasnโt applied close enough to my cuticles. I usually love my nails when I get them done here. I booked with Helen online specifically but someone else did my nails instead. Super disappointed as I spent $100 on these.ย
The thing that I like about Jenny's is the color selection. Aside from that, I was charged $46 for a gel manicure when all I asked for was gel polish. Personally I didn't want to pay $16 for a little cuticle care & lotion. I should have spoken up so that's on me, but also if prices on the website aren't up to date they should say why they're charging more. & I don't really understand why you choose a specific staff member for an appointment on the website if they don't even pay attention to that. anyways $46 not including ti...ย read more
