My mani was atrocious. The polish was old and my nails weren't filed evenly or smoothly (See photo). I used to like the vive here but now it's mostly men giving rough, sloppy manis and trying to upsell services. I heard Jenny being rude so I didn't want to bother complaining to her, just had to get out of there. Awful.ย
I just moved to Bloomington and found this salon through online reviewsโso glad I did! I had my nails done with Jenny and had the best experience. Sheโs very meticulous (just like me!) and did exactly what I asked for. The customer service is also super nice and friendly. This is definitely a place Iโll be coming back to!ย
I got acrylic nails done at their shop on Friday. The overall experience was alright however my nail artist took two hours to do my nails (which in itself is fine). My issue is that my nails are already chipping and lifting. On top of that they look like theyโre super grown out cause the acrylic wasnโt applied close enough to my cuticles. I usually love my nails when I get them done here. I booked with Helen online specifically but someone else did my nails instead. Super disappointed as I spent $100 on these.ย
