I'm really disappointed in my last two experiences. I've been coming to this salon exclusively for the past four years because of the great work they do but these last two experiences mean I won't come back. I entered today and asked, specifically, for a manicure for my daughter and a fill for myself. I made a comment that the color pelled off almost every nail from my last time within less than two weeks and all I got was an "oh". I requested to 2nd Tier Pedicure with gel polish. My pedicurist did an AMAZING job. The water temp was just right (often times at other shops it's either so 🔥 I can barely stand keeping feet in or cool on verge of 🥶). I was offered wine or bottled water and was able to select the type/scent for water and foot/left massage. I tend to go with the Lavender version.
