I requested to 2nd Tier Pedicure with gel polish. My pedicurist did an AMAZING job. The water temp was just right (often times at other shops it's either so ๐ฅ I can barely stand keeping feet in or cool on verge of ๐ฅถ). I was offered wine or bottled water and was able to select the type/scent for water and foot/left massage. I tend to go with the Lavender version. Jenny is the best! She never ceases to amaze me with her talent! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I can literally go 4 weeks before a fill if I do a French manicure since the growth doesn't really show.ย
Came here for a regular manicure. My appointment was at 4.45pm with jack. The studio was pretty empty and I see 2 pedicures being done. I am waiting for 30 mins as of now. Will update the review when they finally attend me. Whats the point of taking an appointment if you have to wait. Been here before , their service is decent, but disappointed that itโs taking ages Update: when I told them m leaving after 30mins of waiting , someone finally attended. There was someone available who could have done it before.ย
My lady was very nice and courteous, and did a good job. If be curiousto know how they would do for dipped nails.ย
First of all, they did my nails completely wrong when I asked them to do my nails with Polly gel and instead the guy did gel x. It was barely into the process and I asked if they can do Polly gel, they were not accommodating at all. I had to move and say itโs fine. Plus, I got charged 71 dollars for regular polish, almond shaped which the fake nails he put on me were already that shape.
