Had builder gel done a few weeks ago, I had asked for square shaped nails, they were more square than anything but not exactly square nor were they all the same length and the top coat was touching a couple of my cuticles that the tech didn’t trim or even push back. My mani was atrocious. The polish was old and my nails weren't filed evenly or smoothly (See photo). I used to like the vive here but now it's mostly men giving rough, sloppy manis and trying to upsell services. I heard Jenny being rude so I didn't want to bother complaining to her, just had to get out of there. Awful.

I just moved to Bloomington and found this salon through online reviews—so glad I did! I had my nails done with Jenny and had the best experience. She’s very meticulous (just like me!) and did exactly what I asked for. The customer service is also super nice and friendly. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
