A one star is being generous ! They told me I would be seen in 10 mins and I waited a hour before leaving. No one updated me on the time for the wait. The attitudes was rude and offensive when I inquired about the wait before leaving. Thanks for ruining my birthday weekend.
Normally I've never had an issue however this particular visit I was highly annoyed. The wait was longer than expected. Mainly due to the fact it seems only one person can only do designs. When it was my time to finally get serviced the owners husband takes it upon himself to have someone go ahead of me since she was only getting 4 designs. Sir first of all I've been waiting far too long and secondly ask if I mind if she goes. It's not my fault that only one person can do designs. I love the prices I love the staff they treat you with respect and is very kind and the nail tech that does the designs is my favorite and the guy that does the pedicures is awesome
