According to Jen, I made it about me when I called and e-mailed her for an appointment and she never responded over a two month period. How dare I? Want an apt for my hair and making it about me. I waited so many times to get an appt. Which seems to be the common experience at her salon. I thought this was her business and to think I had the nerve to try and get my hair done.
