I walked in the salon for the 3-4th time ever, to have a wash & set. When it was time to blow dry my hair, the owner of the salon (Jenny) literally YELLED at me, to keep my head straight. She yelled that i was moving too much and proceeded to go on a rant about how shes going to charge clients that move their heads and extra $10.
