The consultants were rude, disrespectful, disorganized, not educated about the line, and misinformed me more than once at my appointment. The salon was uncomfortable (Some problem with the heat resulted in my guests and myself being unbearably warm. It was like a sauna.) The lighting was awful and made it impossible to get a true sense of the fabric colors. The manager sent me a series of condescending emails. My maid of honor was improperly measured. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a bridal salon.
