The knowledge their agent has in dealing with insurance policy renewal is very subpar, and has created a huge inconvenience to me. They are not able to provide professional advice regarding the best course of action to take when it comes time for renewal, especially when you're purchasing a new car. What a disappointment.

If I could give 0 star, I will. This agent disappeared once we payed the insurance, which leads to overcharging of our auto+home insurance. The next year this agent somehow showed up asking for renewal, after I said clearly that I don't want to renew, I got a bill from insurance company (nationwide) saying that I wasn't cancelled. Stay away if you could.
