Was a great place for a haircut, definitely recommend!
The absolute WORST experience. I had booked to get a couples head spa as a gift to my partner I had confirmed with them that they were going to do it both at the same time. The day before the appointment they message me to re-schedule (1hour after the initial appointment) I accept. We get there and the lady says that she can start with one and then the other one (10-15min difference) that was not what I had said but I agree. great experience
We came in as a walk-in, the price (just under $30 after taxes, depending on length) was what drew us in. Thalia Nhu cut my mom’s hair with great skill and speed(!). Absolutely nothing but great things to say, she consulted and advised on best length for the cut. Mom wants to come back to the shop the next time we’re in Vancouver.
Don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share. Had my haircut ruined by an apprentice that couldn’t speak english, which isn’t a problem, but she just nodded and said yes in acknowledgment but she didn’t actually understand what I was communicating. I explained what I wanted to the main stylist, who speaks english but poorly, and she explained to the apprentice cutting my hair what I wanted, but I don’t think she explained well enough and also didn’t pay attention while my hair was being cut.
