I had a very disappointing experience with Jenny. I felt unheard and dismissed during my appointment. Despite explaining my concerns, the only solution offered was birth control, a treatment I explicitly stated I was not interested in pursuing. My decision to explore acupuncture was treated as a challenge to her medical expertise. I left the appointment feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously and that my individual needs were not considered.
Jenny was great, and very knowledgeable, I felt in good hands. I highly recommend her for your OBGYN care.
