Jenny Siu Yee Li is an amazing knowledgeable doctor. She is caring and always takes the time to talk to me and makes me feel welcomed. I love doctor Li, she truly is amazing.
Dr. Li was fantastic! I’m not sure about the other reviews. But she was the first doctor to actually diagnose what was wrong with me. I got fed up with misdiagnosis of what was wrong with me after seeing 3 other family doctors despite requesting to see a specialist to no avail. As soon as I showed my symptom to Dr. Li, she knew immediately what was wrong with me, provided me a temporary ointment and gave my referral to the specialist I wish to see. Overall was a great experience!
She canceled my appointment first time, It took me a month ahead of time to make this appointment. Then she scheduled the phone appointment instead and decided she needed to see me in person, so I scheduled something a month after, the first day she is available. I took sick day off and she canceled at the last minute again. It is such a terrible experience as I really needed to see my primary care and couldn't make to anyone for 2months. I do not recommend her if you need a doctor who knows their patients time is precious
Most scatterbrained doctor I’ve ever experienced. She forgot symptoms I’d told her about and conversations we had had about medications. Somehow even after I had had 5 previous appointments to address a stomach problem, at the sixth appointment she was surprised to hear I was having stomach difficulty. How can you trust a doctor who is so inept and confused? Also, she talks to adults like they’re babies - no, Dr. Li, I didn’t come in because my “tummy” hurt. Super ineffective and incompetent.
