I love my doctor, her and I work well together. Jenny Ross is a blessing to me.
Your office made me wait three months for an initial appointment. Then once there was seen by a NP that had to continuously say she had to talk to the doctor. Then made me redo tests because I was not told initially that I had to be off of specific medications to do the tests. Was told on Christmas Eve that I likely had a rare tumor, then when second set of tests were ordered over a week later via an email, not even a phone call, then had to wait almost a month for an appointment to go over my results, at which time they bru... read more
