The most amazing first dentist trip! The staff are so friendly and so many little touches that make it so incredible.. from the inviting waiting room with toys and activities, to the vending machines, balloons, certificate. My son didn't want to leave! So glad we heard about Dr. Jenny. She's the best!
Incredible experience from start to finish!! My 16 month old was wide eyed with excitement upon entering the office. It was bright, clean, colorful and looked straight out from a magazine. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and my son was off exploring all the new toys and sensory boards in the waiting room. Dr. Rhee and her staff treated my very nervous son with what seemed like infinite patience and kindness. The private room for his procedure was wonderful so he had the privacy he needed. The comfort offerings included a weighted stuffed animal and stress ball which he made great use of during his procedure. It was so reassuring to see Dr. Rhee acknowledge his signals when he needed a break and encourage him throughout giving him updates on what she was doing and roughly how long it would last. 10/10 -- I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Our son had his first visit to the dentist at Olney Pediatric Dentistry, and it was such a positive experience. Dr. Jenny, Carmen, and the front desk team member (I missed her name!) were all very kind, patient, friendly, and professional. We had a great experience at Olney Pediatric Dentistry! We walked in to an adorable playroom waiting room and my kids immediately felt at ease! Dr. Jennifer Rhee was kind, patient, and taught my kids all about their teeth! They have lots of sensory tools and toys available to help distract kids and keep them at ease. All of the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend.
