We are grateful to have found "Jenny on the Spot!" It was like night and day from the previous competing service we used, as it almost caused us to never entrust anyone with our pets again. The prior service we utilized was truly a nightmare, but Jenny was different from the start. She met with us and our pets in our home to evaluate our procedures and schedules for our dogs. My husband & I own 5 dogs and have been using Jennys services for about 2yrs now. She visits every Mon-Fri and lets them out to go potty while were at work. Jenny is adept, professional and even writes short notes in a daily journal she leaves for us to review. She calls us quickly if any of our dogs appear to be sick or if there are any issues in our house. Shes handled a lot of accidents and ill pets & were grateful for her expertise. Jenny is a jewel! We have used her services for both home visits and boarding. Not only does she love animals, she is very meticulous in following our directions. A detailed written message about each visit is left for us. It was very evident that she had taken excellent care of our dog. Not only did she keep us updated via text, but she also sent a picture, and I think our dog was smiling!
