I’m unclear what the point is of asking if there are any solo travellers to fill up a slot on a rapidly dwindling Sunday afternoon return service - while queues trail back an hour or longer, and the 4pm last departure sits gravely in doubt - only to tell them “we’re going to go as we are” with a smug grin once they have made their way to the front. Almost amusingly bad service.
45 minute wait by 10AM, well worth the $20 to get across the lake and save a couple miles
We took the Scenic tour and not only was it a bargain, it was the highlight of our vacation in the Grand Tetons. Tommy the tour guide provided extensive information with amazing knowledge of the park, lake, and mountains. The views you will get from the tour is amazing and the only way you will get some of these views. The company is very pro protecting the park and resources. Way beyond my expectations.
