Dr Lai is one of those rare physicians that listens and does not rush you! My husband and myself have been seeing her for 5 years now and all of the staff has been absolutely wonderful!
I was calling to make an appointment with Dr. Jenny Lai for my son who has a AVM rupture and stroke . I got transferred to the insurance department . The lady that answered was argumentative and very rude ! I was telling her I was reviewing the insurances that are documented on this website as accepted. When I told her on the site it says both my insurances are excepted she argued with me and talked over me . She said that Molina Star Plus was not excepted . It does state on the site it is excepted.
