My grandson fell and broke a tooth on a Friday so we called this dentist to get him in. My daughter gave all of her information over the phone but for some reason they didn’t ask for the insurance information. They told her to bring the card in. Had to wait all the way until Monday to take the baby in, and when I got there we were turned away because she didn’t send the insurance info by email (which they did not tell her to do) and they were too short staffed to run the information through that day. I’ve been going since Dr John has been here. The people are always friendly and make going to the dentist a comforting experience.

I came to John about 35 years ago as a terrified young boy. I still remember how he took away my fear the first time he spoke to me. I have spoken about him countless times over the years how well loved he was as my dentist. My regret is not realizing he was still practicing and my own daughter I believe is too old to go to him now. She would have loved him. This man had a very positive impact on my life. Dr. McWilliams and her staff are excellent. I bring all 3 of my kids here, ages 2,2, and 5 at the same time and they are so helpful and patient. They make the visit so pleasant. There is a nice play area to keep children entertained while you wait, although the wait has never been long.
