Jenny is amazing. I visit Jenny when I encounter any internal conflicts and she assists in helping to guide me to sort these conflicts out so I can move on positively. Jenny has SEVERAL resources in her tool belt. What I'm most amazed with, is she intuitively utilizes the right method or tool at the right time, based on what the situation requires as she is dealing with you. Jenny is a true healer. I went to her after a terrible car accident when the trauma and PTSD were keeping me from driving. In 3 sessions she helped me work thru the memory and release its power. It was so simple yet so powerful. I really enjoyed working with her, she is a delight and fun to work with. She also gave me several other tools to deal with stress and driving etc. I can't say enough good things about Jenny- highly recommend!
