I happened to come across Dr. Kozel through our insurance. It was really just a random selection. Having worked with several therapists over the years I can say full heartedly that Dr. Kozel is probably the most competent therapist I have come across. She listens actively and attentively, is in charge of the session and provides evidence-based guidance.
