They didn't put a gown on me. So when absess was cut, it leaked all over my clothes and undergarment. Needless to say, I smelled like severe poop. Changed into a gown I had. But was not offer any padding so I leaked all in the lyft ride home. Had to beg for two days off. No bedside manners and explain anything to me. Horrible experience. Only concerned about psorasis on my but and thought I was diabetic. Felt devalued as a human being and belittled.
Dr. Hong has been my doctor since 2019. She is caring, attentive, and deeply empathetic. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and makes sure I feel supported and understood throughout my care.
Dr. Hong was wonderful....made me feel comfortable.
