I was with another stylist most of my adult life but needed to make a change when I moved. Jenny makes me feel so comfortable and has proved time and time again that I can trust her with my hair. We cut a whole lot off today, but I love it! My color is the perfect sun-kissed cool-toned balayage.
Jenny is amazing!! It has been so challenging to find a stylist who aligns with my vision. I absolutely love the grown-out/balayage look and Jenny makes sure I look fresh all year long! I can’t even explanation how happy I am to have found her.. I would happily refer her to anyone I know and love!!
I saw Jenny 3 times and I was fine the first two times, she wasn’t detailed but overall I liked bayalage. I saw her one week ago for gray coverage and I contacted her because there’s a significant amount of gray and my hair looks almost the same as before I saw her. I sent pictures and she said I should see someone else. Very disappointed by her response because I have been a good client and only wanted an explanation as I’m not the professional. I paid $240 plus tip to still have a hair full of gray
Jenny is the best! It's taken me so long to find a hairstylist that I like and trust who is also very communicative and skilled. She's professional and fun, I always look forward to our appointments. I've used her for haircutting and "fashion" color services for the past year and a half and she's a treasure!
