I have taken my pets here 3x & this is the last time. Dr. Hower has a terrible bedside manner. After waiting in a room without our elderly pet for 2 hours, he comes in all flustered saying he’s running around like a chicken with its head cut off….all about him. He’s agitated & keeps touching his nose & says my pet will not make it through the night & should be euthanized. He said he would be back in the room to discuss but instead about 3 minutes later the Tech comes in asking if we made a decision. I asked if surgery could ... read more
Had to come in for an emergency today. I am a wreck and the receptionists were so sweet and kind. The staff has been wonderful too. Thank you so so much to the sweet receptionist for bringing me a snack.
An excellent place to bring your pet for urgent medical care and with a reasonable price. I sadly cannot remember the lady who tended me late at night but she was excellent and very transparent about everything. Great service & reliable.I highly recommend anyone with any urgent medical care for any emergency for their pets to this place!
