My counsellor Deb did an excellent job of coaching and guiding me through my weight loss journey. The food is great and helps teach you portion control. Melissa was also very professional and helpful in all of my interactions. A great program.
Not enough staff. Hard to get appointments to meet my schedule.
Service is a big fat zero but the plans actually work if you follow them. They don't answer the phone. I wanted a quick answer to see if they had a product so I can drop in since I live in a different town and the Whitby location is the closest to me. What do I do? Call and leave a message.
