I do all kinds of diets depending on my mood. I try not to go over my ideal weight by 10 pounds. I love Jenny Craig food the best out of all the pre-packaged foods. It is pricey but the quality is good.
The personal coaches are outstanding at this location. I don't know what I would do without them. It's not about the money - they genuinely care about their clients. Thank you Tina and Lisa - you are awesome! I'd sure like to be able to connect via email though. Is this something you'd consider? I am on email all day long and think of questions as the day moves forward. I don't always remember them for the meetings.
