Excellent. They always fulfill my food orders even if I don't have an appointment. Five stars all the way. ☆☆☆☆☆.
Drove from Lithonia to Tucker Georgia for my scheduled appointment and there is no one here. Another client had been waiting since 1030 am. This is a poor shows poor customer service. Both I and the other client called the 1-800 number and was told we would have to reschedule, I have a busy like this is why I scheduled myself, this is not acceptable.
Gabby is a new counselor at Northlake Jenny Craig and she is fantastic! She helped me resolve some key issues I was dealing with on the program. She is VERY positive and I feel like she is behind as my cheerleader throughout this experience!
