I met with Betty for my meet and greet. She was very helpful in explaining the program to me. I felt comfortable and did not feel judged about my weight or how much I needed to lose. Left the appointment feeling confident that this was something I could achieve with the support from Jenny Craig. Betty even followed up with a call later in the week to encourage me.

Hi, I would like to share my experience I got during my consultation which was very unpleasant. I went in for a consultation seeing your ad for the free month I was interested. I sat down with the consultant named Nicole Power. I explained to her NOT knowing Jenny Craig very well that I did not want to lose weight as in numbers but rather wanted to tone my legs better and eat healthier. Was part of Jenny Craig for a month. Had success with weight loss. Left to go on vacation. Called to see if we could purchase food. Was told in no uncertain terms if I wasn't part of the weekly consultation, which was really a waste of time, I could not purchase food. Very very disappointed in the customer service and unwillingness to even work with me. No effort was made to try to re-enroll me. Obviously not interested in working with the customer. Try weight watchers instead, alot cheaper
