DONT ever sign up for their membership until you try their meals first , they will try to sell you that pretending it will save you money, you will lose weight for sure because they give you small portion meals that barely have any nuturition values but carbs ..so you will end up paying over 20 dollars a day to eat some carbs and unhealthy fat , they refused to refund me membership fees after less than 10 days of signing for it and their excuse is that i signed service agreement ...rip off .
