I don't usually write these, but after the other review dated July 10th, I was scared to go to this center. But, I used it as a test. I was in Eden Prairie and my normal center is elsewhere so I wanted to use EP's location. I went in and they were the nicest people. I did not tell them about the negative review that I had read here, until I was just going out the door after my visit. So, I can say that they weren't trying to prove it wrong.
