If you don't mind over processed tiny portions and spending $$$, you may like JC I went here after I had my second son to lose 15 pounds. It's expensive! They give you prepackaged food to eat in portions that are tiny. You get to see a "counselor" each week who is just a young girl usually with minimal training. No pizza for you With all of the dieting opeions out there now days, here is another. Jenny Craig has been around since I was a teenager. I have known several people who had good success with this plan as long as they were motivated to stick with it. If nothing else is working, try Jenny.
Good Place to Start I tired to start my weight loss journey at Jenny Craig about six months ago. The food was good and the help I got from the counselors was excellent. But the price of the food got to be to expensive for me to keep up with. You will spend about $100 - $120 every week on this plan not to mention the start up fee. I believe I paid another $100 for that. But when it comes down to it. They keep you accountable! Those Jenny Craig ladies keep calling you to check on your progress.

My Jenny Craig Moment Are you shopping around for a good weight loss center? Look no further as you have found the right place! Over the past 35 + years I have been to three weight loss centers & the first 2 were failures for me. Loose Weight This place is a bit expensive for a weight loss regimen, but they do a good job. They work with you extensively and if you follow their program and have the stamina you will be sure to loose some weight. Their program and products are a bit expensive but if you do end up loosing weight it is well worth it.
Nice people I went here to get my Jenny Craig food for several months but couldn't stay on the diet and cook for my husband, too. The people were very nice, caring, and the food was pretty good (there were a few things I didn't care for but most were decent).
