Friendly Staff – I was a little skeptical after reading the one and only review on City Search, but it turns out this center is great! My experience was positive from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted immediately, and it seemed like the staff was genuinely glad to see me. Do not waste your money – I had a very bad experience with this Jenny Craig location. I have not tried other locations - I will not go back. My personal counselor admitted several times that she was considerably overweight, out of control, and gaining weight. Not the kind of endorsement you want to hear every week. She would also bag my weekly food and throw in extras that I did not want, like vitamins and supplements, then she charged my credit card for them without my consent.
