Did this years ago, had a wonderful experience. Decided to try again with the local Savannah, GA place. First issue is I made an appointment online, show up, and they have no record of it. Only one person working. I spend over an hour answering questions, planning the first two menus. The associate goes and pulls my food for the first week.
