The staff are amazing
Staff at Penrith give incorrect information regarding membership then offer a refund due to the miss communications but instead of processing the refund they waited for a follow email weeks later to then have the regional manager contact me and say you aren’t getting it. The real problem wasn’t that the refund was denied it is the way it was handled.. Penrith and their regional manager need a lesson in customer service!!
She gets another star if she can get rid of Michelles.
