This has been a very encouraging place for me to be especially this time of the year where you are tempted to eat the wrong things. Here they are the friendly people to help guide you through and just be with you in times of better or worse. You learn to eat the right things and the proportion of food you need. Without the help of the Jenny Craig people here in Spanish Fort I couldn't have done this and the support of my husband.
The Jenny Craig plan is by far the easiest plan I have ever followed. The food is excellent and the variety is fantastic!.

Jenny Craig is easy, it works, delicious, it works, has great supportive counselors and most importantly it works!! Don't delay trying it for another day or month, TRY IT NOW. I wished i had tried it months ago. i have been on Jenny Craig for 5 weeks and have lost 17 pounds and 8 inches.
